About Us

Real Estate assistance is provided by realtors with up to 17 years of experience.

We realize that many individuals are desiring to forego listing their homes with a realtor, some to save money, others because they're experienced and don't feel they need the full services of a realtor.  Our desire is to provide a limited service to those individuals for a flat fee of $1,000.

At this time, we are offering these services to the Middle Tennessee Area, but are also working to provide services in the East Tennessee area, and hopefully expand throughout the entire state of Tennessee.   We refer you to a local partner-realtor in your area that is experienced, ethical, hard working, and pleasant to deal with.  We look forward to assisting you!
